There is no job security, I had an incident but I handled it calmly and logically so they couldn't do anything to me. Suddenly they made informal calls on the 15th day of my joining and forced me to resign and harash me up. One of the rubbish organisation.

Nothing is good in this company for ops team ,especially for those of us in IM team. we are constantly overburden , being forced to work 12 hour shift without any consideration for work-life balance. Despite all the effort we put in, the management attitude is appalling-they keep shouting at us, showing no respect or appreciation for our hard work. There is no proper planning or support from the leadership, and instead of addressing systemic issue, they keep piling more responsibilities on us.to make things Worse, even HR is involved in this toxic cycle. if we dare to rise any concerns or share the pain we're going through, HR Simple inform the concerned manager , making the situation even worse for us. this result in targeted harassment aimed at breaking us down mentally and emotionally until we have no choice but to leave the company. but the nightmare doesn't stop there -if some one decides to resign, they are subjected to different type of torture. HR and management delay the relieving process, creating unnecessary hurdles and making it extremely difficult to move on.it feels like we trapped with no escape, constantly under pressure and stress, with no empathy or support from the organization...Read More
