There is no proper planning or support from the leadership, and instead of addressing systemic issue, they keep piling more responsibilities on us.to make things Worse, even HR is involved in this toxic cycle. if we dare to rise any concerns or share the pain we're going through, HR Simple inform the concerned manager , making the situation even worse for us. this result in targeted harassment aimed at breaking us down mentally and emotionally until we have no choice but to leave the company. but the nightmare doesn't stop there -if some one decides to resign, they are subjected to different type of torture.
