Nothing.. Absolutely nothing. Very bad work culture.

Dislikes

Almost everything is bad about this organization. They treat developers like call centre employees. They don't want any innovative way to solve a issue and they fire people whenever they like without giving any proper reason. If you choose to work here it will be the worst discussion you will ever make.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
