Which was a contract based job., There was no job security and of course no other growth.. The management was not well, there were no target and pressure.. I work, I earn..!

Dislikes

I already mentioned that, there were no growth.. The pressure was less and if I wanted to take off, I could have easily.. The management was not appropriate, So I don't think the company can grow faster.

Work Details

I was a Non-Voice/data entry operator. I would get the image files, that I need to type in notepad and convert as pdf file. The other one which was got image which I need to crop unwanted details in that image(Photo extraction, Photo repurposing)

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
