Likes

Moderate work environment and culture but doing continously work load, not a proper way of work doing. Management is moderate. And company policy are good, also good team work and supportive. They give good salary and bonus in every year.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Not a proper planning for production also management and maintenance problem. There is no rapid action on troubleshooting and the main problem is worker. Not a fix worker for everyday so waist of time to teach and understanding the work

Work Details

Work in Gumandev quite intresting, I learn lots of things on the job. I got a chance as a team leader so learnt how maintain work load, our team mets and how to exicute the work, planning and also short out the troubleshooting problem.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
