Pathetic interview process, no one is sincere in hiring, TA team is not active in response and keeps delaying the interview status. No proper support and response after the interview. HR Head is not aware about the company policies, non-sincere approach in entire recruitment process. They take 1-2 months to update on interview status and ultimately they say NO by giving illogical logics. TA team takes 3-4 days to respond to the messages and then they simply ignore. Takes reference details even before providing offer letter, promises to share offer letter on same day then they get vanished for a 1-1.5 month. Then after taking follow ups, they reject the candidature stating "Profile irrelevant" reason. After taking 2-3 rounds of interview, they state "Profile irrrelevant" . I mean they sheer lack in interviewing skills themselves. Just wasting time of candidate for 1-2 months....Read More

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
