There should be some add on cultural activities and should be an arrangement of tours for more enrollment. They can take peers for movies and outing.

Most worst company and most worst directors in Meerut city. They spoiled Career of Employees. No Culture , No Ethics, They always hold salary any time and if employee wants to leave the organization they hold their salary and mentally harrased employees.

I had approx 3 years in GUJRAL INDUSTRIES and sees a lot of things that are shameful. CEO of this Company and his Son (Director) of this Company keep harassing employees mentaly, financially, Socially and emotionally. looks like they are following dictator culture. They always threatened employees to terminate from the job and holdtheir salary without notifying and without proper reason. ''THEY HAVE A HABIT OF DIGESTING EMPLOYEES SALARY''. Employees share their problems to the management but they do not take any action.
