Likes

Family like work culture. Most matured union worker and staff. Good for professional want to work in polymer, technical textile industry.

Dislikes

Mostly old age stuff and executive. Though they are great people. Median employee age is vey high. Female employee are very less. Old plant and machinery infrastructure are the limitation.
