My company has a nice work-life balance, and a work culture that allows employees to work freely. Also, there is good support from my senior as well as management. And I think the benefits package is better than normal. My compensation is better than I've found at other firms.

No career growth. To have more salary in the form of incentives we have to work 24/7. The entire work system dates back to 17 B.C so employees are forced to put in more effort and time to get things moving. Many employees (including myself) has to work outside working hours to rectify doubts and issues and that is not paid either.
