Staffing company, not good

Doesn't care about giving you your salary without follow up. HR people sometimes doesn't function or we need to tell them, Hey this is what your job is. Once you leave the company, ohh God, it will take eternity to get your FNF amount and reliving letters.

No responsible people working in HR, or after joining here, HR is becoming irresponsible, I'm not sure. Really pathetic. HR will reply to you only after sending multiple emails(mostly after 3-4 days), they will not respond to your phone calls. Salary will not be credited on time. Morethan 4-times my salary was delayed. FNF will not be processed on time. Even after mentioned 45 days, I had mailed approximately 21 time(got a reply 3 time) and called them 17 time(not answered even once) . Requesting people who are looking for review about this company, if you are fine to receive delayed salary and fine to work in organization where there will be no responsible HR to talk to, then you can surely join here. They mostly hire you and deput you to another company(payroll still be Growel) , merely what a consultancy would do. So they are, actually....Read More

Management persons are not responsible, not respond for information shared and asked even after mail and calling them. Delay in salary dates,working on contract base is difficult.

There is nothing which we can like in this company , worst management ever I have seen. If company head is watching all these reviews he/she must immediately change those worst people in those higher post , they are treating people like animals

There is nothing to learn here , literally they are running communities not work there , there are many launguage related group n they like seeing only those people in their teams. THERE IS NOTING TO LIKE about Growel Softech.

Growel Softech is a horrible company to work with. I had to bear working here as a IT recruiter for few months because I needed wfh job. This is the only reason to tolerate this company so far (like many other colleagues). The management here is pathetic, unsupportive, extremely rude, non-cooperative, lethargic, reluctant. Delivery head, HR Manager, TA Executive, TLs & many others are all so difficult to work with. If they need sth from you then they would literally follow you like hell & if you need any support, any update from them then you'll have to write so many mails, do so many calls, do continuous follow up but still your work will not get done. For your own hard earned money, they would make you run from pillar to post. The major issues here are - 1<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. SALARY DEDUCTION for non-sense reasons (approved leaves, proper submission count)</mark>. 2. PF NOT CREDITED -They don't credit PF timely. If you'll ask for reason they would say - "will check & update" but for months you won't get any update. 3. NON-COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT (You'll keep on mailing them, calling them but they would turn a blind eye to it) 4. UNNECESSARY WORK PRESSURE (Even if you are giving them joiners, still they would deduct your salary bcoz you were focusing on quality profiles. They would say that submit quality profiles and when you do then they would deduct your salary citing deficit count) 5. INAPPROPRIATE WAY OF TALKING (Most of the TLs, AMs, Leads have a very bad mouth. They insult employees in team calls) 6. SHIFTING BLAME ON EMPLOYEES (if their app is not working, work email id is not working & you'll brought this issue to their notice they'll say "tumhara hi nhi chalra baki sabka to chalra h" even if 15 other people facing the same issue have joined the same call bcoz they all are having the same issue. Basicallly, your issue don't count even if you are 15employees) 7. ZERO EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION (You'll get exhausted to get your balance salary credited which they have vaguely deducted but what you'll get in return is shifting of blame, continuous follow ups, false assurance, non-responsivenesss) I would NEVER recommend anyone to join this company bcoz it is not Growel4u rather it is #GrowelAgainstYou. No pros.Never ever join this company.Dont have clients,no requirements,no motivation,very pathetic and useless management.There is no pros to join;it was when management was good but all good people left.Now management including owner of the company, don't have employees value.They are sitting there only for the sake of money.

As Growel's market repo is also very bad.Noone wants to work with them & they are not getting the business.Therefore,they used to deduct the salary on nonsense things even they are not releasing the incentives of the deserving employees.New management don't know anything.People are sitting just to take others credit.HR's are supportive but they don't have any authority to fulfill there actual responsibilities of human resource.once u resigned, useless manager puts some nonsense clauses and used to threatened employees.Management either don't have any work to do or don't want to work,all the time they were planning to torture the employees.They are unprofessional beyond every definition of word....Read More
