I joined avance as a trainee, with a WFH. It's been 4 years, and time flowed away. I was promoted to SR.RECRUITER. I never found any gaps, in my day to day responsibilities. My mentors were helpful & resourceful!!!!

On time salaries & appraisals. Even in Covid times, the company was paying salaries on time which even bigger companies didn’t do. Stable company.

Even though HR is great to work with, some folks feel stuck in their jobs without much chance to move up.
