i have never seen a staffing firm working as culturally good as Avance, the way they follow corporate culture standards is just awesome either it is holidays working procedure background verification and friendly environment is just simply cool and you get paid for learning new things. To be frank enough there is no such things to dislike if you are a skillful and deserving candidate with the most sought skills you get paid higher. moreover, as it is a growing organization it would be unfair to expect huge pay.

Work Details

As a market research analyst for the U.S shift I collect the data from job portals and forwards to the IT team which indeed helps them in the recruitment process mostly work involves using spreadsheets and also a lot of elimination and considerations.
