To be frank enough there is no such things to dislike if you are a skillful and deserving candidate with the most sought skills you get paid higher. moreover, as it is a growing organization it would be unfair to expect huge pay.

As a market research analyst for the U.S shift I collect the data from job portals and forwards to the IT team which indeed helps them in the recruitment process mostly work involves using spreadsheets and also a lot of elimination and considerations.
