Company culture, lot of fun activities. It feels like government job.Good if you want to pursue something else and want a constant income.

Dislikes

No major dislikes, just usual politics that it everywhere in corporate.salary is very low. Starting salary is good but it does not so justification after 1 or 2 years.

The ambience is the only thing to like about the company, that’s it!!

The company fired 20-30 employees without any prior notice. It doesn’t matter whether the employee is on probation or not, they don’t care about someone’s future or what impact it would leave upon one’s mind. Since the day I joined I noticed minor level politics and there was no way of proper work alignment. They hired when it was requirement of people and fired when company didn’t want them. Also, there is no incentive or anything except salary! I was highly insecure from the day I started working at this company as they showed no interest in any employees’s concern as if we don’t belong to the company and the higher management is too rude and not ready to head. If one is managing its entire family or taking care of expenses , pls do not enter in here because your job is not secure and can get fired anytime without info!...Read More

Company is good. But the IT management at TrueBlue is terrible. It’s all about Favouritism. This company is not for talented people management won’t let them survive. Because management is insecure of people on the team who have knowledge and expertise. Management Dona, Divya and Kavita. They never give chance to these kind of people. All good just the IT management. Earlier there was some other manager and it was great working with organisations but not it’s not and it’s very sad people like these who is biased, unfair , and never let people go ahead from them. Now there are very few people left in the organisation because of this only. Please check each and everything before joining history and talk to people who was with organisations earlier then only proceed further. If you have joined didn’t check on this then it will be difficult for new people because they have multiple ways to torture and you will leave company on your own...Read More
