Job Description

ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Sales Lead to join our team in the RPO industry. This is an important role in driving business growth by selling RPO services to new and existing customers. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the staffing industry, RPO solutions, and the ability to effectively build relationships, manage sales pipelines, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RPO space for mid-market and enterprise clients.

- Develop relationships with senior executives and decision-makers to understand their recruitment challenges and provide tailored RPO solutions.

- Create and implement a sales strategy to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Sales Process Management:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RPO space for mid-market and enterprise clients.

- Develop relationships with senior executives and decision-makers to understand their recruitment challenges and provide tailored RPO solutions.

- Create and implement a sales strategy to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Client Proposal and Solution:

- Analyze client requirements and create tailored RPO solutions to address specific pain points and recruitment needs.

- Create detailed proposals, pricing models, and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) by creating compelling presentations that clearly communicate the value of the RPO offering.

Market Intelligence & Industry Knowledge:

- Keep up with the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in the recruitment and staffing industry, as well as emerging RPO technologies.

- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.

Relationship Management & Account Growth:

- Maintain long-term relationships with clients in order to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

- Support the transition from sales to delivery teams, ensuring a smooth handover and successful RPO implementation.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduation /Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing is preferred.

- Relevant experience of 3-4 years in a similar role.

- A total experience of 8-10 years.

- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally in the staffing or recruitment industry (RPO experience preferred).

- Expertise in recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and outsourcing models

- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.

- Demonstrates ability to create customized proposals and present them to C-suite and senior stakeholders.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Demonstrates strong motivation, goal-oriented thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
