Trueblue is a good company to work but the Salary structure is not good as compared to the competition. The compensation band should had been higher according to the work they have.

Growth potential is very less.

They put lot of attention on learning. This is perhaps the only good thing about them apart from the beautiful office interiors.

Dislikes

The scope of growth is less. They pay less and be ready to work in night shifts. Managers are not that open to listen their subordinates' feedback.

I worked true blue payroll three years no hike , no bonus worst Finally last third year completed they given 4000 rupees hike after 4 months project completed If project completed some other consultant show some other jobs but trueblue worst Experience I worked so many payroll worst worst Experience

Worst Experience no bonus no approvisal, no job security waste working here

Company culture, lot of fun activities. It feels like government job.Good if you want to pursue something else and want a constant income.

No major dislikes, just usual politics that it everywhere in corporate.salary is very low. Starting salary is good but it does not so justification after 1 or 2 years.

The ambience is the only thing to like about the company, that’s it!!

Dislikes

...hired when it was requirement of people and fired when company didn’t want them. Also, there is no incentive or anything except salary! I was highly insecure from the day I started working at this company as they showed no interest in any employees’s concern as if we don’t belong to the company and the higher management is too rude and not ready to head. If one is managing its entire family or taking care of expenses , pls do not enter in here because your job is not secure and can get fired anytime without info!
