We are seeking a skilled Matillion Developer with 5-12 years of experience to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing ETL processes using Matillion, along with experience in cloud data warehouses. You will play a crucial role in transforming and integrating data to support our analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement ETL processes using Matillion to transform and load data into cloud data warehouses.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand data requirements and develop data pipelines accordingly.

- Optimize existing ETL workflows for performance and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.

- Document ETL processes and maintain clear and organized records of workflows.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5-12 years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.

- Strong experience with Matillion ETL tool.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, particularly with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

- Understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.

- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.

- Ability to work with APIs and integrate data from various sources.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
