Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable and robust Java-based applications using React.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.

- Guide and mentor junior developers in best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development methodologies.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development and architecture.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and React.

- Strong understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
