- Is self-training on Service Now fulfilment stack

Job Description :

As an O2A Solutions Architect, you excel at understanding and translating customer needs into tailored end to-end fulfillment architectural solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Leveraging your deep technical expertise and extensive experience in the Solution Architecture domain, you develop and/or lead the creation of complex, cloud-native, API-first, end-to-end architectural solutions for initiatives across multiple domains.

You ensure these solutions meet stringent time, cost, security, legal, compliance, and quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities :

As a Solution Architect, you will apply your deep experience and technical expertise in the Solution Architecture domain to deliver the following responsibilities :

- You will serve as an O2A (Order to Activate) Platform Architect, working on transformational projects to replace legacy fulfillment applications with ServiceNow capabilities.

- You will leverage a strong understanding of business (internal, external, or regulatory) requirements, both functional and non-functional, to design complex cloud-based architectural solutions that are fit-for purpose, reusable, scalable, reliable, and manageable.

- These solutions will align with our enterprise roadmap, comply with Telstra's security standards, and be delivered within time and budget constraints, adhering to Telstra's architectural standards.

- You will utilize strong communication skills to document solution designs (e., Solution Impact Description (SID) and/or Solution Architecture Definition (SAD) documents) and associated impacts across the various components of the Enterprise stack, with inputs from key business and project stakeholders in a timely and high-quality manner.

- You will engage with Security Architects to provide clarity on all security aspects of the chosen solution and revise according to security standards where necessary.

- You will authentically engage and collaborate with key technology partners and/or business stakeholders to support initiatives that explore, test, and implement new and emerging technologies to digitize our processes, systems, and customer experience.

- You will adopt lean/agile ways of working and practices to improve the quality and speed at which solutions are delivered.

This includes defining a compelling vision with key product/project stakeholders, rapidly developing high-quality concepts and iterating over time, and contributing to cross-functional, self-organizing teams.

Who we look for :

Essential :

- 6+years IT Architecture Background & 10+ years in IT

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules (like TSM, SOM, EPC, CMDB, etc.)

- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of end-to-end B2B Telecom Business across various domains like IP, Voice, Data Centre, Cloud, and Security in Enterprise and Wholesale markets

- Experience in current and modern Integration technology

- Experience in API, Microservices, and Service based architecture (SBA) ecosystems

- Knowledge of Telecom Framework (like TMF, ODA)

- Strong Communication and Articulation skills

- Experience in presenting to Technical and Business Stakeholders

- Strong experience and working knowledge on the following technologies : Hybrid cloud technologies and ecosystem

- Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure)

Highly Desired :

- Experience with solutioning of any tools that integrate with multiple systems

- Experience in API, Microservices and Service based Architecture (SBA) ecosystems

- Telecommunication Industry experience
