No Job Security. No Career Growth. They have hiring and firing at will as a policy. They also indulge in malpractices like not paying your PF/ Tax deducted to the relevant government authorities. My pending claims have not been settled in the past 5 months. They have not even given the Form 16. Hence, I have been unable to file my IT Returns. My advice to anyone who wants to work here is please don't ruin your career by joining in this so called company that is not even a corporate. It doesn't function like one at all. They fire people to cut costs....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
