I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No one supports you in terms of Company Policies, Training, New Hiring. Work life balance is not applicable for this company as 3rd and 4th Saturday + Sunday both are unofficially normal working days. Joined 2 months ago and still no one has given me the product/policy knowledge.
