Its a growing company, Only the higher management takes the advantage and increase there tummy. EPC is on toss, HR head has a quality of buttering people and giving people fake commitments he is a pro in that, Company can losses the goodwill because him .Other member in HR are useless they cant even talk properly. They Higher goodpeople from branded industry and middle level people/ Sr. Management has a fear that they will become a threat on them so they play a good politics and kick them.
