Its a growing company, Only the higher management takes the advantage and increase there tummy. EPC is on toss, HR head has a quality of buttering people and giving people fake commitments he is a pro in that, Company can losses the goodwill because him .Other member in HR are useless they cant even talk properly. They Higher goodpeople from branded industry and middle level people/ Sr. Management has a fear that they will become a threat on them so they play a good politics and kick them. The Director has great thoughts but fear that because of few people he will have losses. He should through such people as such employees just take Huge salary and good at there tounge....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company. This company has no policy, no standard, no training procedure nothing. The one who wants to work and want to learn will be traumatized by work culture. There is no work culture no job satisfaction only company satisfaction.

Dislikes

Everything, HR policies are the worst and HR has no knowledge no sense of confidentiality. Everyone knows everyone's salary increament got leaked everytime.
