A good platform to learn and grow, Although a start up, it has provided with lot of stuff in plate to complete, If you are someone looking to grow your skillset and accept challenges then its a right place. There is pressure but the fruit is always appreciated, the hardworking members are given appreciation and identification. Salaries are at par with industry. Job security depends on your performance, if you want a comfortable job, where you shouldn't be questioned end of the month, then better to not apply here. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
