Greenfield landscape is a perfect company for a Horticulture sector individual who is also seeking for freedom in job. The most appreciated thing is The Boss, Fabulous and boss anyone can get ever. So the King, So the People. My teammates are also much more Supportive and helps to get off any adverse situation while working. Sites are given to the one who actually deserves that one. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
