1) Very flexible with timings. 2) Easy to take leaves when needed most of the time.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

1) With only four employees, there is no work life culture. 2) Since it's a startup, you would have to do work which you are not supposed to do. 3) No overtime. 4) Paycuts are so normal here.
