work environmentand culture it's workprofessionally, teammates are very very no supportive for our company and support for him self only.appraisals are fair and they give low salary hike and no bonus every year.

there is a lot of and lot of politics going on only politics, salary is very waste and careers growth is low, no training to new joiners.
