Green Dales is not just an organization its a family. The management always keeps on guiding, motivating and supporting its staff so that they could perform in much better way. They organizes training programmes even they send their teachers to get involved in the teacher training programmes organised by the CBSE board which boost the teachers caliber more.

Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Their red mark deduction😜😜. These people are very much punctual about time and its a good thing but when I got the deductions from my salaries so I felt very bad regarding that. Still its good thing as it makes us more punctual and boost our time management efficiencies. I just wanna give a great thanks to Green Dales.

Work Details

Its was very struggling but had a great experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
