Speaking from personal experience, the company helped me to grow in my career and guided me and my coworkers to do what is right. The company helps the ground lever people who are unable to find a proper job, to get a job and all the benefits with it. The management never thinks twice before awarding an employee's efforts and hardwork.

I feel very glad that I’ve got the opportunity to work with GRF . Love with the management growth opportunities are high, Management are very nice and loveable towards staff We celebrated all festivals and birthdays together like a family. Blessed to be a Parth of GRF Family

Very friendly atmosphere at office and enjoyable work style. I love working with my colleagues there is alot of unity amongst us. My second home and god gifted company. Love to be a part of GRF.

I really don't want to give any ratings for this company.. But its madetory so giving only 1 star. Please this is my personal opinion please do not ever work with them Hr service is too bad not receiving call on time not giving salary on time evrytime they are giving excuses. even if my contract with them has expired but still I don't received my experience letter. Such a bad experience with

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
