Your salary is not secure here and no job security. Pure lala company no HR, No policy nothing positive here. Salary after 18th of every month. TA DA settlements not on time. When you ask for salary on 15th there reply will be itni kya jaldi hai.

I learned lots of there about other then my field. Lots of work doing by self learned and taking more responsibility .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary not according to as job responsibilities and very slow growth. No ladies toilet there only one common.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything self on this job. The management no clear communication with there employees and creating lots of issues.
