They don't follow any professionalism, there are certain points whose I felt it 1. After interview is over and you were selected, no joining/appoinment letter provide by organization to confirm it and if you will ask for letter,so they told you,if we provide the appoinment letter, so you will left the organisation anytime......... what a logic 2. no salary providing record, only in-hand provide,so they can easily cut your salary as their choice.they cut my half salary at the time of providing without any fault.if I asking for deduction say this is only one we talk at walk-In. 3.
