Main success of any organization is the team building. Though it was there in my initial years of joining, recently there is no team and staffs are in total chaos in unity of direction and command.

Dislikes

No job security, no salary hike but a lot of deductions if not deducted the same time, accumulated and deducted at your end of service. No direction nor any future focus.

Work Details

To start with it was a great company during my first 7 years. Lately and after the partnership changed, there is a lot of disrespect to the employees or self centric approach.
