My overall experience is excellent. The working culture is of course average as one cannot seek for a MNC Culture in a small group company. Mainly it is good for result oriented employees like me not for persons who want to take salary for no results. But you can generate results if you have the will to do so.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very very high. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide the step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is lot of challenging as I have to look after the entire sales & marketing as well as manage day to day operations. All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes, but it's OK.
