The owners have a great vision for their employees but the people sitting in the Corporate try their level best to oppose it on the ground.

Dislikes

Quality of work is very poor, Seniors in the Corporate are very abusive and toxic both mentally and emotionally. You will not get any appreciation for you work and the seniors will always make you feel worthless and depressed. Would request freshers to do proper research about the roles and responsibilities they are applying for andwhom they would be reporting to. No skill development takes place neither the compensation is good as compared to the competition and policies are twisted to suit the needs of seniors and their favourite people....Read More
