They have a group called "GEL Family" and they do treat you like a family. You respect every senior and even if you put in 50% of your efforts, you will have no issue working here. Every colleague as well as senior is very friendly and very helpful. You have any difficulty just pick up your phone and call any employee of the company and they will make sure they give you proper guidance.
