Nothing is good there that I like to write here.

Salary is very delay. Work pressure is very high.If the billing is not done from site then Management is not going to pay your Salary. No HR policy and SOP. The rule and Regulations of this company is Changing on Every Day. They are not able to pay payment of Labour Contractor & Material Supplier. Nor Having fund for Bike Fuel. Then u can think which type of Company it is. They have Two project in Badwani, Sendhwa, MP Taken from Back to back from Tahal Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd. Which is terminated from MPUDC in August 2022. Now They Don't have any Project....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
