Salary dates not fixed Salary hikes after 2 years If your job involves going to factory, then ask for higher package because you need to travel a lot of distance and have to sacrifice mental peace. Leave structure is very bad, ask about it before joining No PF, insurance, very less bonus its not even as per govt laws Since its proprietary firm, difficult to get personal loan, home loan No room for skill development, neither job satisfaction, feels like government offices Salaries are delayed mostly in between 10th to 15th of every month Payment related things are always delayed. No management/Co ordination or very less management/co ordination system for work atmosphere You will not get your requested stuff on time, always delayed a lot Last but not least - If you ask any thing about your salaries or leaves or work structure or anything , HR will not give clear cut answer. He will try to confuse you and at same time you will feel you understood the answer but reality is different....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
