This is what I like about GLOBIVA , NOTHING.If you ever think of joining a BPO sector for future or for money, please know about the company first. This was my first job and working at GLOBIVA is made it my worst job..They will promise you about incentive which they never give , horrible work culture, partiality is a key factor here, bigger importance to personal life than work life and above all they scam the salary. I used to get less salary and even after serving proper notice period its been now 60days i didn't receive my remaining salary nor my release letter. PS: The operational manager only thinks about his team nor about his stuff members , read that twice..He will do anything to demean you...GOODLUCK...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
