There was no growth opportunity in Globe. People were not supportive especially seniors. They use to talk about business etiquette but there was no etiquettes. Sometime working with seniors make me feel like they were very dominating and rude. There was no right of thinking and speaking if you working under your senior infact when you are going for a lunch then also I use to inform her. In Globe employees were like puppet left with no choice of speaking and thinking. My senior use to poke me each and every time not to do such kind of work and after sometime I noticed that the same work she is doing like using headphones and were on continuous calls for 2-3hours in the office while working. Working in Globe you will look yourself at the same place with same work after 5 or 8 years also. There is no interactions between directors and employees, no motivation for the employers infact they will demotivate you after doing a little mistake and will create a huge mess because of that one little mistakes. Hope these comments will make people aware that there are still some companies in which highly educated employees especially seniors behaves like illiterate people because they will use such abusive words like I will throw you out of this organisation and dont show me your attitude which will demotivate you and gives a feeling like you will not be able to do any constructive things in your life....Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking, working at Globe was my worst experince in my life as it was my first job. I will never suggest any students or any friends to work in that organisation.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
