Nothing is good at all. Inside sales( they will hire you and tell everything good about you. After sometime they will start saying you are not comfortable with the system and not collaborating with team not even enthusiastic and being very silent on the weekly calls. Trust me they only talk shit in the meetings. They are all Spanishpeople they also tell in the meetings that they don’t know English still they are manager and leading the team. Please don’t join this company specially in sales and like client partner. Speaking shit about you with other team mates and they will fire you in 3 months and put you on PIP and give unrealistic target which you can’t even achieve in 1year. We Indians they hire us on less package and they play with our carer. Please I request don’t join this company.
