The company hasnt given hike for past 3 years and has given single digit hikes to top performers. Workload is immense very stressful and poor management. Change in management has ruined a wonderful company like GL.

Despite my initial hopes and commitment, several aspects of the work environment have been unsatisfactory and have significantly impacted my overall job satisfaction and well-being.I have found the lack of [specific issue, e.g., clear communication, professional growth opportunities, support from management, etc.] particularly challenging. There is nothing to be like for GlobalLogic. Only Job security is there.

No appraisals, no promotions, and no recognition for the employee's hard work. Work-life balance is totally dependent on the project and the manager. So much office politics, plus they do not have good projects as well. Do not join them; if you do, then ask for more money without hesitation because after entering, you will not get any appraisals.

These folks are insanely crazy in Adobe project. 1: Two 30 min breaks, that too is scheduled by managers, first can be during start of shift and another could be in the end 2: 2 bio breaks that too for 5 minutes and you need to ask in the group (group where clients are also added), sometimes they even deny the bio break requests andask you to sit 3: phones are not allowed, it should be in the locker 4: not allowed to sit with colleagues 5: inhuman behavior, you are forced to work on holidays else you will be expelled 6: managers are so disrespectful and when you take leave, manager will utilize your Earn leaves, they do not fill Casual or sick leave and when ask they threaten and ask to show where it is written in policy 7: for past 7 months, I have only 3 leaves and forced to work on diwali, christmas, new year, rakhi, dussehra, makar sankranti, 15th august. Dont ever go to gurgaon global logic office. They are hiring good engineers for the support work for Adobe. They will give you higher pay but work culture toxic. Everyday you are facing escalations from clients. They dont let you use your phone. No holidays, you need to spend daily of 13 hrs to complete the work. Its a loop, don’t go there, the longer you stay there, you will end up loosing your dev skills. You also would fired up after one year....Read More

There is no job security, you can't take any leaves even if they are your planned leaves . If you want to take any leave then you have to Inform it to your supervisor a month or 2 months before. The salary provided is not sufficient for today's needs.

They hire at good salary then will stall your growth for years. Promotion will be delayed giving different reasons and will bring you to same average salary level as per experience.

Current new HR policies are not at all employee friendly. 1) Increased notice period to 90 days 2) No leaves enchashments 3) 3 days work from office mandate 4) Cutting budgets everywhere from gifts to rewards.
