Dislikes

No appraisals, no promotions, and no recognition for the employee's hard work. Work-life balance is totally dependent on the project and the manager. So much office politics, plus they do not have good projects as well. Do not join them; if you do, then ask for more money without hesitation because after entering, you will not get any appraisals.

I don't like anything about global logic apart from ontime salary which there in all companies now

There will be work-life imbalance in GlobalLogic and if you are a fresher then I advise you not to join GlobalLogic because there are some projects( projects like Anaplan) which can spoil both your career and mental health and if you join then you can also appoint a doctor and there is politics which is done by the middle level management team which can spoil your career and mental health.

Terrible appraisals. The company works with product-based companies but offers salaries like those in service-based companies. If you want to do nothing with your life, join this company and relax. There is no micromanagement, and management always listens to your issues and concerns, but they never apply or resolve them.

I didn’t like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didn’t think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

No Project in the pipeline. Most of the project manager expecting to high level skills After dopne the project. You have attend multipe rounds to get new project ( Like 3 or 4 rounds). They are following banch period was 3 Months. In case there is no project, They will move to talent pool and every week friday. they will conduct the talent pool connect.
