I spent 12 years always recognized exceptional work by Clients & higher management but did not appease the Bosses internally, raised questions that brought many scandals to the surface - Ex : 50Cr. admin scandal of moving to Expressway like why we left sec58 Noida office that was at Rs16 per sq ft & took half the size office on Expressway, sec 144 at Rs33 per sq ft that brought the monthly transport bill to Rs90Lakh & similar in procurement of IT, etc. - many Heads - IT/Admin got suspended but many are still there like Nandini, Sunil Singh, etc. who were given other functions....Read More

It's Good for those who appease their Bosses by Good PR - Wine/Whisky Bottles asked by Directors like Depender, etc. Individual awards distributed to favourites, culture is to be favourite of any powerful leader & not work ! work from home applies to leaders & their favourites but not for needy engineers.
