Job security is there to lil extent because you have to do what your management is saying whether it's write way or wrong way. If you fail by any reason then alert.

Poor Compensation they pay to support guys, old people are growing well and in comfortable position. They put all workload on support engineer regardless of how much strength on particular day.IT help desk is in really bad shape running like an shop.Helpdesk is managed by people who don't even try to use thier mind before implementing things and at last engineer work life and personal life gets effected. I would prefer not to join in IT team I have served 2 yrs there anyhow, in starting it all went good but later things become so terrible even ppl still working there are also not satisfied....Read More
