Toxic work culture, you might have to work for 24 hours sometimes including your morning office work and site duties at night and Sunday also you have to work it's often for this small proprietorship firm. They tell you to work 24 hours 365 days even from your toilet and home. No festival holidays. No Sunday compensation off. There is no annual benefits, no PF no insurance (No employee safety at all). But the firm owner pretend like he is the God, no one will give you job. He is the one who has given you job. You have no value and you slowly realise that you are low confident to switch the job even you are not happy and satisfied with the work culture. The firm owner will make you to feel low. The firm owner will make you less confident and demotivate you. You can not raise your voice. He will pretend that he has done a favour for you by giving the job. You will not even capable to have this job. You feel low confident and demotivated and you can not switch the job even though youare not happy with this job due to low confidence. He will do brain wash and prepare you for his organisation and you will always live with fear that you can not join other company because of low confidence and he will torture you 24 hours or else he will fire you within seconds and hold/stop your all expenses and salaries....Read More
