Old Policies which now a days don’t work in India. Frequent wind up of divisions .Future is not bright in India as at any time they can withdraw their operations. Some RBM’s and Higher managements they play with the ground level people that they will be transferred if they are unable to meet the no’s.

I dont like the reallocation of the employees company does. Considering the fact that the doesn't allow you a favorable transfer ever. Very few cases it happens.
