Job Description

6+ Yrs of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A).
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in data modeling, data visualization, and dashboard creation using SAC.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and other relevant SAP modules.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Significant experience working in a large global matrixed organisation.
Experienced in understanding complex systems content and translating it to usable learning content.
Aware of finance systems, confidence in developing finance systems learning content
Experience of working with and delivering results with outsourced providers

Job Purpose

Primary purpose of the role is to be a technical expert and learning manager for specific programmes of work that involve SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A). Support the business and key stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of technical standards, testing requirements for the modules, enable them with the SAC course content and clarify their queries.

Knowledge and Application

Understanding and practical experience of SAC and FP&A modules to ensure business use of technology solutions meet the required standards. Processes are chosen based on knowledge, experience and data.
Understanding and practical experience of how technology is incorporated into programmes to enable sound judgement on choices made to improve the user experience whilst maintaining corporate standards and practical operational considerations.

Basic Education

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (eg, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
