- Thorough knowledge of Concur and SAP integration - Working knowledge of mobile, web and desktop operating systems as well as experience with agile tools - 8+ years past experience in the Financial Services Industry - Experience Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent work experience - Experience in managing SAP Analytical and/or Reporting work streams for large or complex systems for various industry sectors - Hands-on experience on SAC as a planning tool, designing/implementing data models - Abilities and technical experience with SAP Analytics technologies: S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA XS applications, Google/Azure/AWS Cloud technologies and BI/visualization tools - Good Understanding of SAP data structures, End to End dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, etc. - Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Establish a trusted relationship with your customers, providing them training and solution assistance as they request it to ensure customers overall satisfaction with SAP Concur products and services throughout the life of the client - Work closely as a functional and technical subject matter expert to communicate with customers regarding a variety of topics, ranging from product capabilities to support tickets - Manage and maintain customer configurations; adding, editing or removing configurable options as requested by the customer - Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements - Propose and provide appropriate system enhancements - Work closely with/across teams to ensure potential challenges are addressed
