Best Western Adams Inn lack management and training to all employees. Housekeeping is lacking in cleaning the rooms aren't the same in the reviews. Complaints about the mis representation of 2 double beds in room that should have 2 Queen beds alot of unhappy guests took out there frustration on every Front desk agent. Because no ma nagers were ever around.. They I have to get asked in the office by Catherine Steven's about a BW shirt I had to purchase because she's too cheap to respect the location we are in. I bet if I visited another hotels they would be in proper uniform....Read More
