Best in staffing industry interms of learning and career growth. Good training to grow your skill and industry knowledge. Great work culture depending upon team you work. No worries on Job security.

Dislikes

Being a staffing company you will play a sales role with target, incentive model more than a HR role. (As always like a job consultancy). No hybrid, pure on site and will not encourage WFH. Benifits are there but not as per market and as other companies offer. Promotion will be given but still you will play a individual contributor r ole<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary is not upto the market standard</mark>. Less appreciation and recognition. Sometimes it's all un realistic expectation and discussion....Read More
